Role: Illustrator and designer, part of First Hand Collective.
In December 2012 and 2013, First Hand assembled a team of leading illustrators and designers to document The Old Vic Theatre's 24 Hour Plays fundraising event. Well-known faces were challenged to write, direct and perform a new play within 24 hours.
Working shifts, we witnessed everything that occurred over the 24 hour period and captured it in their imagery. These drawings were then tweeted live and exhibited and auctioned in aid of The Old Vic Trust.
Thanks to artists Steve Bell, George Butler, Lucinda Rogers, Tim Vyner and Phoebe Stannard, who joined us for the challenge.
